Problems solved by technology

At the same time, Muller also mentioned the collision between water particles and obstacles and the reconstruction of the water body surface based on the marching cubes algorithm, but did not give a specific solution
Muller's method laid the foundation for the research of water flow simulation based on SPH. However, the existing SPH-based water flow simulation method only considers the situation that the object is in a static state, and the object is regarded as a container for holding water or a container for restricting water. Obstacles in the range of motion do not allow the object to move and participate in the movement of the water, so it cannot express the effect of the interaction between the moving object and the water

Embodiment Construction

[0044] The simulation method of the SPH-based moving object and water interaction proposed by the present invention, its overall flow is as follows figure 1 shown.

[0045] 1. Initialize the simulation, including establishing a particle set, initial configuration of particle attributes, and establishment of a list of adjacent particles for each particle.

[0046]First of all, it is to establish a collection of particles and configure the initial properties of the particles. Since SPH is a particle-based method, when performing interactive simulation between water and objects based on SPH, objects and water must first be particleized, that is, to express objects and water in the form of particles, and to establish Particle collection of particles, the collection is expressed by an array structure, and at the same time, the initial configuration of the particle properties in the collection is performed. It specifically involves the following aspects:

[0047] 1) Determine the...

Abstract

The invention relates to a simulated modeling method of the interaction of moving objects and water based on SPH, which pertains to the computer graphics and the virtual reality field. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: 1. the simulation is initialized, and the initialization comprises the initial configuration of particle properties and the establishment of a neighboring particle list of the particles; 2. neighboring particle lists of water particles are updated; 3. the positions and states of movements of the water particles at the next time step are calculated; 4. the positions and states of movements of object particles at the next time step are calculated; 5. whether the particles collide with the obstacles is judged, if the collision happens, the movement rates and directions of the particles are altered, or the sixth step is directly executed; 6. a water surface topological structure is constructed on the basis of marching cubes algorithm; 7. a graph drawing language is adopted to draw and display the water surface and the object; 8. whether the simulation is stopped is judged. The method of the invention can be utilized to simulate the interactions of moving objects and water and obtain comparatively true simulation results.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a simulation modeling method, in particular to a SPH-based simulation modeling method for the interaction between a moving object and water, and belongs to the fields of computer graphics and virtual reality. Background technique [0002] Water environment simulation has been an important research direction in the field of virtual reality for a long time. It helps to improve the performance of virtual environment and plays an important role in computer games, film and television animation, military simulation and other fields. The interaction between objects and water is a common phenomenon in nature, and it is also a research hotspot and difficulty in water environment simulation. It is a complex fluid movement process, which requires the use of physical modeling methods to truly represent the movement of objects and water. At present, there are mainly two physical modeling methods for the interaction between objects and wate...
