The sensitivity of a concentration sensor for carbon monoxide in the alarm is set into three grades, namely, low grade, medium grade and high grade, which are matched with chime or voice prompt of the alarm and indicate mild, medium or serious degrees and the like. When the concentration of leaking carbon monoxide exceeds the set value of the alarm, the alarm gives off one of different chimes or voice prompts matched with three types of carbon monoxide concentrations. Thus, the range of the leaking gas concentration as well as leaking seriousness can be known and correct measures can be taken timely to follow the post scientific treatment. If left unattended, the automatic manger automatically turns off the alarm and the electromagnetic valve so as to realize high-performance intelligent reliable management of the leaking alarm and automatic disconnection of piped gas.
