Abstract
Disclosed is a time sequence control circuit with the power-saving function, which comprises a receiver circuit, a processor and a first switch; the receiver circuit is used for receiving the first group of differential signals to generate a group of instruction signals. The processor is coupled with the receiver circuit and generates a first control signal according to the group of instruction signals. The first switch is coupled with the receiver circuit and the processor, and selectively cuts off the connection of the receiver circuit and a first power supply according to the first controlsignal. The power consumption for maintaining the starting of the drive circuit during the outer edge pixel transmission is reduced; thereby, the power consumption of the LCD is reduced and the heat output of the LCD is lowered.
