Embodiment Construction

[0027] figure 1 A detail of a needle bed 100 of a weaving machine, in particular a jersey knitting machine, which is not shown in detail, is shown. Along the longitudinal direction of the needle bed 100 guide grooves 3 are provided at a defined distance, in which the needles 2 are guided transversely to the longitudinal direction of the needle bed and thus the movement is only reciprocated in the direction of the comb gap 102 by means of a not shown fixing pin . The height of the needle 2 is fixed by means of the wedge 5 .

[0028] Each needle 2 is attached with stripping sheet 1, which is supported on board bed 201 ( figure 2 ) inside, the plate bed is set above the needle bed 100.

[0029] In the exemplary embodiment shown, the stripper 1 has stripping legs 11 and 12 at its front end facing the comb gap 102 . The distance a between the stripping legs 11 and 12 corresponds to the matching dimension of the width of the needle shaft 23 of the needle 2 .

Abstract

The present invention relates to a flat knitting machine which is provided with yarn stripping sheets. The flat knitting machine which is provided with a plurality of knitting needles (2) is additionally provided with a yarn stripping sheet (1, 1', 1'') for each knitting needle (2). The yarn stripping sheet leads a coil (M) to slide from a closed needle hook (21) when the knitting needle (2) moves backwards, wherein the coil is taken to a needle lever (23) under a needle latch (22) in the forward motion of knitting needle (2). The yarn stripping sheet (1, 1', 1'') are controllably and movably configured according to the present invention. Moreover, a plate bed (201) is provided, wherein the yarn stripping sheet (1, 1', 1'') is arranged on the same. Therefore the yarn stripping time can be accurately adjusted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a jersey knitting machine with a plurality of needles, wherein a stripper is attached to each needle, which allows loops to slide off closed hooks when the needles move backwards, wherein said loops are During the forward movement of the needle, it is brought onto the shank behind the latch. Background technique [0002] A handloom is known from DE 1 042 825 A1, which has a fastening pin for moving the shuttle needles. This hand loom has a device for stripping coils, wherein the device has stripping pins made of spring steel. The device has a comb shape and is arranged on the needle bed site. The spacing of the stripping pins in the comb teeth is selected in such a way that they correspond to the spacing of the needle bed, wherein each stripping pin bears against the surface of the needles with a thrust force. When the needle is drawn back into its sinker position, the coil section to be stripped which runs over the needle ...
