Abstract

The invention relates to a method for controlling accessories added into mine filling tailings, which comprises: calculating dry sand amount in the tailings flowing into a stirring groove from a sand silo; setting the ratio of the accessories to the dry sand and using the ratio of the accessories to the dry sand to calculate initial adding amount of the accessories; measuring actual adding amount of the accessories; using the actual adding amount and the initial adding amount to calculate a compensation value for compensating the initial adding amount and using the compensation value to compensate the initial adding amount so as to obtain set adding amount; using the actual adding amount to correct the set adding amount; and controlling amount of the accessories added into the tailings based on the corrected set adding amount. The control method effectively overcomes the defects of large actual fluctuation of concentration of filling slurry and higher accessories consumption cost in a continuous preparation control method, has a simple structure compared with batch manufacturing technology, and has the advantages of high lime sand blending accuracy in a batch preparation method, and good continuity and simple process in continuous manufacturing technology.
