Abstract

The invention provides a television picture receiver capable of preventing the thermal damage of liquid crystal panel and loudspeaker and making the device thin. In addition, the television picture receiver makes the user easily hear the sound with narrower directionality. The television picture receiver comprises a sound box (5) outputting the sound in a chassis (2), and a substrate (8) as heating body. The sound box (5) is set at the side direction of the substrate (8) and offsets the heat movement path from the substrate (8). Thus the sound box (5) is prevented from being damaged by the heat from the substrate (8). The sound box (5) is used for outputting the low frequency stage sound.
