Problems solved by technology

When this method is applied, although the required wavelength can be selected more flexibly, the temperature field of the object needs to be kept stable during the time period of the alternate measurement of the two monochromatic filters, which is often difficult for the measurement of the transient temperature field. meet, which is the main limitation of its application
[0007] In summary, the above method 1 uses a single color CCD, which can obtain multi-channel radiation spectrum information at the same time, but can only achieve fixed spectrum measurement; while method 2 uses a single black and white CCD, and the corresponding color filter can be selected flexibly. Spectrum / wavelength, but because multi-channel information cannot be obtained at the same time, it cannot be better applied to transient temperature field measurement

Embodiment Construction

[0046] The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0047] figure 1 It is an embodiment diagram of a radiation temperature field measurement device based on a color CCD in the present invention. As shown in the figure, the device of this embodiment includes: a color filter 11, an optical lens 12, a color CCD area sensor 13 and a data acquisition and analysis unit 14. Wherein, the color filter 11 has two single-peak transmittance response characteristics, which are placed in front of the optical lens to change the spectral distribution of the optical imaging of the object to be measured. The two single-peak transmittance responses may have different Single-peak central wavelength, half-width, peak value, etc. The optical lens 12 focuses the radiation of the object to be measured passing through the color filter 11 on the focal plane of the color CCD area array sensor 13 , which can be d...

Abstract

The invention relates to a temperature filed measurement device based on colored CCD. The device comprises a color filter, an optical lens, a colored CCD area array sensor, and a data acquisition analysis unit, wherein the color filter has two response characteristics of single peak transmittance, and is arranged in front of the optical lens to change spectrum distribution of optical imaging of an object to be detected; the optical lens focuses radiation of the object to be detected penetrating the color filter on a focal plane of the colored CCD area array sensor; the colored CCD area array sensor images the radiation, which is focused by the optical lens, of the object to be detected, so as to acquire spectral response data of red, green and blue paths; and the data acquisition analysis unit acquires the three paths of the spectral response data, and calculates the temperature field by a colorimetric temperature measurement method. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for measuring the temperature field. The technical proposal can realize measurement of the temperature field, and can acquire richer temperature information on a high-temperature object. Furthermore, the technical proposal can be realized simply, and an integrated system has low cost and stable performance, and is easy to popularize and apply in high-temperature detection and other industrial production fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to optical temperature measurement technology, in particular to an improved color CCD (Charge Coupled Device, Charge Coupled Device)-based radiation temperature field measurement device and method. Background technique [0002] In the field of high temperature detection in petrochemical, metallurgy, steel, cement, glass and other industrial production industries, radiation temperature measuring instruments have huge market demand and broad application space. For example, the temperature measurement and control inside the high-temperature furnace in the metallurgical industry plays an important role in the production process. In these typical application fields, the traditional thermocouple contact temperature measurement method is gradually being used by the non-contact optical measurement method with lower price, stable performance and low consumption due to measurement limitations and high cost of material consumption. Warm equ...
