Embodiment Construction

[0017] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0018] The toilet related to this embodiment has figure 1 The skirt part 1 and the bowl part 5 shown in (a), (b). figure 1 (a) is an exploded perspective view of the above-mentioned skirt portion 1 and the above-mentioned basin portion 5, figure 1 (b) is an assembled perspective view of the skirt 1 and the bowl 5 . The skirt 1 has a shape surrounding a space inside, and has a shape opened rearward in the present embodiment. The bowl 5 is disposed inside the skirt 1 and has a shape surrounding a space inside. In this embodiment, it is substantially cylindrical. The above-mentioned bowl portion 5 is molded of synthetic resin integrally (as a single component) with a toilet seat resting portion described later.

[0019] Both the above-mentioned skirt portion 1 and the above-mentioned basin portion 5 are synthetic resin moldings formed by injection molding...

Abstract

The invention provides a toilet having a reduced number of parts and low cost. The toilet unit has a skirt section (1) molded of a synthetic resin, a bowl section (5) placed inside the skirt section, and a toilet seat placement section (6) joined to the upper portion of the skirt section (1) and having a toilet seat placement surface on which a toilet seat is placed. The bowl section (5) and the toilet seat placement section (6) are molded of synthetic resin as a single member. The molding reduces the number of parts of the toilet unit.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a toilet seat composed of a plurality of synthetic resin components. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, a toilet shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3436004 is known as a toilet made of a plurality of parts. This toilet has three parts, that is, a skirt, a bowl arranged inside the skirt, and a rim opening downward. The upper end of the bowl protrudes outward, and the protruding portion is joined to the upper end of the skirt. The rim portion is disposed so as to cover the upper end of the bowl portion, and is joined to the bowl portion and its upper portion. [0003] Since the toilet is composed of three parts, namely the skirt, the bowl, and the rim, the number of dies for molding these parts is large, and there are also many joining parts of the parts. This leads to an increase in the cost of the toilet. Contents of the invention [0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an obje...
