Abstract

The invention relates to a sealing component which comprises a polymer material, wherein the polymer material has a first swelling phase with first swelling property and a second swelling phase with second swelling property, and the principle that the first swelling property is higher than the second swelling property is used for sealing the upper part of a well hole from the lower part of a well hole. The invention also discloses a sealing tool for a well hole, which comprises a swellable layer as well as a support assembly and an expandable bladder-shaped object which are close to the swellable layer.
