Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and method of predicting adverse events in psychological and neurological treatment, particularly a system and method that export and calculate characteristics and index of adverse events possibilities in psychological and neurological like suicidal thoughts and / or actions. The system and method also predict possibilities of suicidal thoughts and / or actions before or during the process of psychological treatment. In order to acquire such characteristics and index, a power spectrum and a time-domain value are exported according to biopotential signals acquired from tested patients. The system and method also can recognize people in danger (for example, suicide) that might go through symptom variation (especially depravation) like psychological and neurological adverse events of suicidal thoughts or actions.
