The method comprises the following steps: getting set TMSI and setting time; finding IMSI which is corresponding to the set TMSI and has update time meeting the first condition from the corresponding relation, wherein, the first condition means the update time is no later than and closest to the setting time; defining the found IMSI as an IMSI corresponding to the set TMSI and the setting time.
