Abstract

The application discloses a method for instant communication, which is used for solving the problem in prior art of incapability of automatic reconnection, and data interruption when the session between the customer terminal and the logging service is lost. The method includes receiving a logging request from the customer terminal by a first login server, executing instant communication with the customer terminal, logging into a distribution serer to obtain the address of a second login server and sending the same to the customer terminal when the instant communication between the first loginserver and the customer terminal is interrupted, receiving a reconnection command sent by the customer terminal by the login server, and executing the instant communication with the customer terminalwhen inspection of the reconnection command by the second login server is approved.
