Abstract

The valve lock consists of a gate catch, a tripping electromagnet and a return spring; the tightening device consists of a main motor, a rotating rod, a bearing block, an upper plate, a large spring, a lower plate and a barrel case; the gate-closing device consists of a gate-closing motor and a top gate rod; and the damping device consist of a damping spring and a damping plate. When the valve is opened, the tripping electromagnet is electrified and actuated to pull the gate catch to move away from the gate clamping position; and under the action of air pressure in the valve cavity, the valve cap rotates around the valve shaft, rapidly turns off, retards after impacting the damping spring and finally stops. Meanwhile, the main motor reversely rotates to release a spring of the tightening device. When the valve is closed, the gate-closing motor rotates to drive the top gate rod to close the valve cap, the tripping electromagnet is powered off, the gate catch is pulled by the return spring to be clamped on the valve cap and the main motor of the tightening device forward rotates to upwards tighten the gate catch and the gate shaft.
