Abstract

The invention discloses a report management system and a report management method. The system comprises a report design module, a database, a data acquisition management module and a data application management module, wherein the report design module is used for creating and setting formats and parameters of reports; the database is used for storing the reports of which the formats are created and set by the report design module; the data acquisition management module is used for acquiring related data and filling the data into the reports stored by the database, and auditing the filled data according to the predetermined requirements; and the data application management module provides a human-computer interaction interface for a user to perform operation processing on the report information. The system and the method provide digitized management functions of report processing services such as report fabrication, calibration, distribution, reporting, approval, merging, analysis and the like, and provide economic and practical report solutions with uniform standards and strong functions for related departments.
