The invention provides an implementation method of base station login network access of a digital cluster communication system, which comprises the following steps that: 1) login flow is automatically started after a base station is powered on, and login request is sent to a control center of the digital cluster communication system; 2) the control center confirms the identity of the base station, and a signaling channel is established between the base station and the control center, 3) the base station automatically completes the report of the previously-setup wireless parameters of the base station to the control center, and the base station enters the networking work mode after completing the parameter configuration. In the way that the base station automatically completes the login and authentication, the base station subsystem which is newly powered on or the base station subsystem which originally works at a single station mode can rapidly access the entire network and can automatically complete the base station parameter configuration so as to satisfy the emergency and flexibility requirements of the cluster system. Even under emergent situation, the base station cannot previously perform the parameter configuration which conforms to the network plan, the base station also can select the reasonable work parameters to be put in use.
