The technique specifically comprises the following steps of: A. firstly, pulverizing the recycled waste wax cartons; B. secondly, adding water to soak the pulverized raw material to ensure that the pulverized raw material is expanded; C. thirdly, heating the soaked raw material with vapor; D. fourthly, squeezing the raw material; E. and finally, sending the squeezed high temperature liquid into a container, cooling to room temperature, and then naturally separating and respectively recycling paper, wax and water.
