The first tube comprises a first caliber, wherein first fluorescent powder is arranged in the first tube; the second tube is connected with the first tube and comprises a second caliber, wherein the second caliber is different from the first caliber; second fluorescent powder is arranged in the second tube, wherein a second color temperature of the second fluorescent powder is different from a first color temperature of the first fluorescent powder; the variable voltage system is connected with the first tube and the second tube and used for providing and regulating and controlling a common voltage of the first tube and the second tube; and when the common voltage is regulated, the respective luminous efficiencies of the first fluorescent powder and the second fluorescent powder change along with the common voltage so as to adjust the mixed color of the first tube and the second tube.
