Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly mounting a reinforced concrete crash barrier steel form. The top parts of an inside form and an outside form are respectively and fixedly connected with a reinforced bar ring. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) determining the inner side line of a crash barrier and determining the mounting height of a form; (2) fixing an inner row of reinforced bars and an outer row of reinforced bars on a bridge deck within the inner side line, and welding horizontal supporting reinforced bars at the bottom and the top of the reinforced bars of the crash barrier; (3) mounting the inside form; (4) mounting the outside form, i.e. firstly inserting a horizontal steel pipe in the reinforced bar ring at the top part of the inside form, connecting a diagonal tension reinforced bars between the inner end of the horizontal steel pipe and the inner side of the inside form, lifting the outside form to the outer end of the horizontal steel pipe and adjusting the top height of all outside forms; and (5) hanging a hanging basket and mounting diagonal tension bolts of the inside form and the outside form with the hanging basket as a construction platform. The invention has simple and convenient implementation, low cost, short construction period and short time of work high above the ground, and has better economic benefits and social benefits.
