Abstract

The invention relates to a computing method of a preventive control measure for short-circuit current in an electric power system, which is applicable to short-circuit current evaluation and preventive control computation in a given operation mode. The method can be divided into two classes according to different types of control measures: (1) preventive control based on device start or stoppage: on the premise that the start or stoppage of a designated device in a network does not affect the system safety stability, forming a preventive control measure space based on device start or stoppage, and computing the effect of the start or stoppage of each device on the sensitivity of the short-circuit current on the basis of the measure space, thereby giving out the preventive control suggests; (2) preventive control based on plant topology analysis: by analyzing the topological connecting relation among the devices, such as circuit breakers, knife switches and the like in a plant, acquiring the main connection mode of the plant, computing control measures for the bus split operation or circuit out-of-series operation, and checking the short-circuit current level after the connection mode is changed; and finally, carrying out safety stability check on the possible preventive control measures based on device start or stoppage and plant topology analysis, thereby obtaining the final feasible measure.
