Embodiment Construction

[0014] See Figure 1-3 , a gear-shaft interference inspection and removal device of the present embodiment, comprising: a front beam 1, a rear beam 2, and two columns 3 arranged between the front beam 1 and the rear beam 2;

[0015] Between the front beam 1 and the back beam 2, there is a split mold for placing the shaft 18 and making it axially displaceable. The mold includes a fixed mold 8 and a rotary mold 9 hinged on the top of the fixed mold 8. The rear is provided with a gear bracket 6 for supporting an interference fit gear 19 on the shaft 18. The front end of the fixed die 8 is fixed on the rear end of the front beam 1. The pressure rod 5 is axially pressed on the rear end surface of the shaft 18 to perform interference force inspection or disassembly of the gear 19 arranged on the shaft 18 .

[0016] The rotary mold 9 is provided with an overturning oil cylinder 7 to drive the rotary mold 9 to open relative to the fixed mold 8 before the shaft 18 is placed on the fix...

Abstract

The invention relates to a gear and shaft interference force inspecting and disassembling device comprising a front beam, a back beam and two upright columns; a split mould which is used for placing a shaft and enables the shaft to axially move only is arranged between the front beam and the back beam; the mould comprises a fixed mould and a rotational mould hinged above the fixed mould; the rear part of the mould is provided with a gear bracket for supporting a gear in interference fit on the shaft; the front end of the fixed mould is fixed on the rear end of the front beam; and the inner side of the back mould is provided with a compressive lever driven by a main push oil cylinder and used for axially applying pressure on the back end surface of the shaft so as to carry out interference force inspection or disassembly on the gear arranged on the shaft. During interference force inspection, the gear is hung on the gear bracket, a shaft section at the front side of the gear is arranged in the fixed mould, and the rotational mould and the fixed mould are closed and locked. The main push oil cylinder is opened, so that the compressive lever applies pressure on the back end surface of the shaft, the pressure is set according to requirements, and if the gear and the shaft have no relative displacement during pressurizing, then the quality of a product accords with the index requirement. During disassembly, only super high pressure oil is introduced between the gear and the shaft to reduce the interference force between the gear and the shaft, and then an axial thrust is applied, thus the gear and the shaft are separated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a gear and shaft interference force inspection and disassembly device. Background technique [0002] The assembly of the gear and shaft in the drive of the traction locomotive needs to be tested for interference force to meet the product quality indicators. At the same time, the assembly of gears and shafts with quality or damage needs to be disassembled. How to provide a device that can perform interference force inspection and facilitate disassembly of gears and shafts is a technical problem to be solved in this field. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a gear and shaft interference force inspection and removal device with simple structure, small volume and easy operation and use. [0004] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a gear and shaft interference force inspection and removal device, including: a fron...
