A control valve base at one side of a control cavity B is provided with a control valve body, an air-bleed cavity body and an air-bleed cavity cover; the control valve body is internally provided with I-shaped slide blocks and the control valve body positioned among the slide blocks is provided with a air leakage port; one side of the slide block is communicated with the control cavity B and the other side thereof is communicated with the control cavity A; the air leakage cavity body is provided with N-1 numbered air leakage holes which are respectively communicated with N-1 numbered gas-guide tubes; the control valve base is provided with the air-bleed holes in a radial direction, one end of which is communicated with the n air-guide tube and the other end of which is communicated with the control cavity B by a two-phase three-way magnetic valve; and the magnetic valve realizes communication between the control cavity B and the n air-guide tube or between the control cavity B and atmosphere and is connected with a remote control switch.
