The charging terminal (2) and the electric automobile detecting system (3) are arranged beside an electric automobile charging zone (7) to be convenient to charge the electric automobile. When an electric automobile (4) drives into the electric automobile charging zone (7), the electric automobile detecting system (3) transmits detection signals to the charging terminal (2), and the detection signals are transmitted to the toll collection device (1) by the charging terminal (2) through a private circuit (6). When detecting information and the inputted charging information are both normal, the charging terminal (2) charges the electric automobile (4). After the charging is finished, the charging and toll collection system judges the charging condition and settles charging expenses to carrying out toll collection. When the detecting information or the inputted charging information is abnormal, the charging and toll collection system prompts.
