The biological membrane is composed of SZ colloidal composites and combination purification bacteria, wherein the SZ colloidal composites are prepared by mixing yellow clay with zeolite powder; the combination purification bacteria is composed of four strains of low temperature resistant water purification bacteria, including bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and the like; and the biological membrane with a stable structure can be constructed by splashing the SZ colloidal composites and the combination purification bacteria together into a biological tank containing biological carriers and then ventilating for 4-5d to form the membrane. After testing, the biological membrane has good water purification effect on breeding waste water. The removal rate on ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, nitrite and COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in water body after passing the biological purification tank can respectively reach 23%, 72.6%, 73% and 78.3%.
