Problems solved by technology

These methods have high requirements on the conditions of use. If a magnetic device needs to be added, it is not suitable for existing water treatment equipment; the production of bentonite water treatment agent products is carried out under the water suspension system, and the solid content of this suspension system is generally the highest. It can only reach about 10%, and subsequent steps such as filtration and drying are required, the cost is too high, industrial application is unrealistic, and the modification method is not well targeted to organic pollutants

Embodiment 1

[0020] Take 1 ton of raw bentonite and burn it at 400°C for 90 minutes.

[0021] Prepare 200kg of 10% octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, sprinkle it on the bentonite, and mix well.

[0022] The mixed bentonite was reacted at 40° C. for 20 days to obtain a bentonite product, and the bentonite was dried.

[0023] Add 100kg of diatomite and mix evenly with the bentonite product.

[0024] Grind the mixture and pass through a 325-mesh sieve to obtain the finished product.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Take 1 ton of raw bentonite and burn it at 500°C for 60 minutes.

[0027] Prepare 100kg of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride with a concentration of 5%, sprinkle it on the bentonite, and mix well.

[0028] The mixed bentonite was reacted at 50° C. for 10 days to obtain a bentonite product, and the bentonite was dried.

[0029] Add 250kg of diatomite and mix evenly with the bentonite product.

[0030] Grind the mixture and pass through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain the finished product.

Embodiment 3

[0032] Take 1 ton of raw bentonite and burn it at 450°C for 50 minutes.

[0033] Prepare 300kg of dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride with a concentration of 2%, sprinkle it on the bentonite, and mix well.

[0034] The mixed bentonite was reacted at 25° C. for 10 days to obtain a bentonite product, and the bentonite was dried.

[0035] Add 400kg of diatomite and mix evenly with the bentonite product.

[0036] Grind the mixture and pass through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain the finished product.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an adsorbent, and aims to provide a method for preparing an organic pollutant adsorbent for papermaking wastewater. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) firing bentonite to form firing bentonite; (2) sprinkling alkyl ammonium salt solution on the firing bentonite uniformly for reacting, and drying or airing; and (3) mixing the bentonite obtained in the step (2) with diatomite uniformly, and grinding to obtain the organic pollutant adsorbent. The adsorbent of the invention has high specific surface area which can reach over 900 m<2> / g, has excellent adsorption performance for organic pollutants such as fine fibers, sticky matter, starch, gum rosin and the like in the papermaking wastewater, can reduce the COD content of the papermaking wastewater effectively, and is convenient to use and low in equipment investment.

Description

field of invention [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and relates to the preparation of an adsorbent. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for preparing an adsorbent for adsorbing organic pollutants in papermaking wastewater. Background technique [0002] As the main source of environmental pollution, paper industry wastewater is now listed as one of the five major public hazards in the United States, and one of the six major public hazards in Japan. my country's papermaking industry sewage discharge accounts for about 10-12% of the country's total sewage discharge, and the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the discharged papermaking wastewater accounts for about 40-45% of the country's total discharge, ranking first. The "GB3544-2008 Pulp and Paper Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard" implemented since May 1, 2009 sets stricter standards for COD emissions from papermaking. The COD content of papermaking wast...
