Abstract

The invention discloses an annular processus spinosus rongeur and a using method thereof. The rongeur comprises two symmetrical working arms hinged by using a rotating shaft, each working arm comprises a working end and a handle which are fixedly connected together, the two working ends are provided with bone biting rings integrated with the working ends, and the bone biting rings generally have annular structure and are arranged opposite to each other. The using method comprises the following steps of: placing the bone biting rings at the working ends of the annular processus spinosus rongeur on opposite edges of processus spinosus to be excided, clenching the handle to make the two bone biting rings move relative to each other, biting partial processus spinosus root, interspinal ligament and partial vertebral plate, and keeping supraspinal ligament, partial interspinal ligament and processus spinosus root; and removing the bitten bone snap from through holes in the centers of the bone biting rings during biting. The bone biting rings are arranged opposite, the centers of the bone biting rings are provided with the through holes, and the bitten tissues are removed from the through holes, so the accuracy of the biting part and range is improved; and in the subtotal excision of the vertebral plate of the kept rear ligament complex, the rongeur is simple to operate, saves time and labor and has normal and accurate position.
