The method comprises the following steps that: a source user network interface node (UNI-N) of the service network applies for a service layer service virtual interface, queries a route to find a destination UNI-N according to the route constraint condition and establishes a service layer service; the source UNI-N applies for a client layer service upstream time slot tag, finds the service layer service and sets an intersection between the client layer service upstream time slot tag and a corresponding service layer service downstream tag; the destination UNI-N applies for a client layer service downstream time slot tag, finds the service layer service, sets an intersection between a service layer service upstream time slot tag and the corresponding client layer service downstream tag and sends a path signaling to a destination user network interface client (UNI-C); and the destination UNI-C returns a client layer Resv signaling so as to establish the switched connection.
