The invention provides a piston part and a four-way reversing valve. The piston part comprises a piston pressure piece, a piston spring, a piston bowl, a conical plug and a piston gasket, which are sequentially assembled, wherein the piston gasket is provided with a groove, and the conical plug is almost positioned in the groove; the conical plug is in butt joint with the groove through a spring; and an opening is arranged at the bottom part of the groove. The embodiment can simultaneously realize the functions of a piston seat and the piston gasket by adopting an integrated structure, thereby not only reducing the number of parts of the piston part, but also solving the problem of inconsistency of assembly of the piston seat and the piston gasket; the structure after improvement of the embodiment can increase the strength and the reliability of the piston part; furthermore, the structure of the embodiment further can further reduce the cost and reduce the use of copper which is a rare metal.
