The invention discloses a chip fixing device and a processing box with the same for a laser printer. The chip fixing device comprises a base and a protection board, wherein the base is provided with a clamping groove and a supporting table; the bottom and the opening of the clamping groove are provided with expanding sections which expand along with the width direction of the expanding sections in the groove cavity extending direction of the clamping groove respectively; at least one shrinkage section which shrinks along with the groove cavity width direction is arranged between two expandingsections; pipe column groups which consist of not less than two pipe columns, are spaced in the preset transverse distance and are longitudinally parallel to each other are fixed on the protection board; the radial dimension of the pipe column is the same as the dimension of the expanding section; the pipe column groups can be transversely inserted into the clamping groove and the pipe column positioned on the outer side of the protection board is inserted first; and when the pipe column group is wholly inserted into the clamping groove, the protection board is attached to the supporting table.
