The dispensing device contains a pesticide storage unit, a pesticide supply unit, a first check valve and a second check valve, wherein the pesticide storage unit is arranged in the pesticide storage container chamber of the water tank and is communicated with the pesticide supply unit through the first check valve; and the pesticide supply unit is communicated with the water tank through the second check valve. The pesticide storage unit contains a container, at least one filter screen and a container cover. The pesticide supply unit contains a piston cylinder, a piston, a crank, a connecting rod, a support and a deflector rod.
