Abstract

The aim of the invention is to easily and visually master the physical activity required for target achievement for a user with a body weight reduction purpose. In the invention, an operation processing part (1) compares an accumulated value of the physical activities with a target value of an energy consumption quantity and displays the respective number on a display part (5). Furthermore, in the operation processing part (1), a ratio between the accumulated value of the physical activities and the target value of the energy consumption quantity, namely a target achievement ratio (%), is operated and displayed on the display part (5).
