The aerosol is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 98 percent of water extract of dihydromyricetin, 0.05 to 1 percent of deodorant and 0.1 to 1.5 percent of flavoring agent; and the preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing the water extract of dihydromyricetin, the deodorant and the flavoring agent, uniformly stirring, performing nanofiltration and filling, wherein the deodorant comprises sodium copper chlorophyllin and a tea extract; the flavoring agent comprises natural menthol or 1 to 3 kinds of fruity flavors; and the tea extract is tea polyphenol or catechin. The dihydromyricetin extract is refined through a modern extraction, separation and purification process, and is compounded into the oral aerosol which has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, stopping bleeding, wetting throat, deodorizing and the like and has good mouthfeel without peculiar smell or side effect.
