specific Embodiment approach 1

[0012] Specific embodiment one: present embodiment Inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation culture medium is made of 0.1%~3.0% carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1%~5.0% glucose, 0.01%~2.0% soybean powder, 0.01% %~2.0% yeast extract, 0.01%~1.0% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.01%~1.0% magnesium sulfate, 0%~0.05‰ vitamin B 1 and the remaining amount of water, the pH value of the Inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation medium is 3-7.

[0013] In this embodiment, carboxymethyl cellulose and glucose are used as carbon sources, and soybean powder and yeast extract are used as nitrogen sources to change the metabolic pathway of Inonotus obliquus mycelium growth, and promote the intracellular and extracellular growth of Inonotus obliquus. The accumulation of nutrients increased the number of hyphae and the production of intracellular polysaccharides and exopolysaccharides of Inonotus obliquus.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0014] Specific embodiment two: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is: Inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation medium is composed of 0.2%~2.8% carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2%~4.9% glucose, 0.05% to 1.8% soybean powder, 0.02% to 1.9% yeast extract, 0.02% to 0.98% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.02% to 0.99% magnesium sulfate, 0.01‰ to 0.05‰ vitamin B 1 and the remaining amount of water, the pH value of the Inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation medium is 4-6.8. Others are the same as the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0015] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is: Inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation medium is composed of 0.1%~3.0% carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1%~5.0% glucose, Made from 0.01% to 2.0% soybean flour, 0.01% to 2.0% yeast extract, 0.01% to 1.0% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.01% to 1.0% magnesium sulfate and the rest of water, deep layer of Inonotus obliquus The pH value of the fermentation medium is 3-7. Others are the same as the first embodiment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium and method for submerged fermentation of inonotus obliquus, relating to a culture medium and method for microbial submerged fermentation, and solving the problems of low yield of traditional inonotus obliquus submerged fermentation mycelia and low output of intracellular polysaccharide and extracellular polysaccharide of the inonotus obliquus as the activeingredient for the submerged fermentation. The culture medium for submerged fermentation is prepared from the following components: carboxymethyl cellulose, glucose, soybean meal, yeast extract, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate, vitamin B1 and the balance of water. The method for the submerged fermentation comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a culture medium for the submerged fermentation of inonotus obliquus; (2) inoculating the inonotus obliquus; and (3) carrying out submerged fermentation at two stages. By means of the culture medium and the method for the submerged fermentation of the inonotus obliquus in the invention, higher mycelium yield and intracellular and extracellular polysaccharides can be obtained. The mycelia polysaccharide obtained by the invention is 1.4 times higher than that of wild fruiting bodies, and the content of other active ingredients is higher than or equal to that of the wild fruiting bodies. The culture medium and method provided by the invention can be used for providing a rapid and abundant seed liquid for the large-scale artificial culture of the inonotus obliquus.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microbial submerged fermentation medium and a submerged fermentation method of the microorganism. Background technique [0002] Inonotus obliguus (Fr.) Pilat is a rare medicinal fungus. As early as the 16th to 17th centuries, Eastern Europe, Russia, Poland, Finland and other countries have used wild Inonotus obliguus (Fr.) Pilat to control various difficult and miscellaneous diseases . At present, researchers in the United States, Japan, and South Korea are increasing their research efforts on Inonotus obliquus, especially in Russia, where wild Inonotus obliquus fruiting bodies are used by folks to treat various diseases. Inonotus obliquus has attracted widespread attention and attention all over the world. Inonotus obliquus is a medicinal fungus, which belongs to pure traditional Chinese medicine and is a health-care functional food in the 21st century. The medicinal effect of Inonotus obliquus has been proven to treat va...
