By adopting the method and the system, the data processing amount of the host computer is reduced, the data processing efficiency is increased, the instantaneity of equipment detection is enhanced, and the system is easy to expand; and the communication converting module is configured, so that quantity change of RS485 interfaces can be realized easily, the cost is saved and the applicability of a product is enhanced.
