Abstract

The invention relates to a fine processing method for enamelled wire industrial toxic tail gas. Although tail gas discharge in the enamelled wire production generally meets the standard, trace smelly organisms in the tail gas are not completely eliminated, and pungent smell pervades in the air of relevant plants; and such a condition needs to be solved urgently. The scheme aims to solve the problem and provides a beneficial fine purification processing method for enamelling machine tail gas. The method of the scheme is characterized by continuously injecting ozone into a tail gas discharge pipeline of an enamelling machine. According to the scheme, the ozone with strong oxidation reaction capability is used for oxidizing and dispelling the trace smelly organic pollutants in the tail gas of the enamelling machine; and meanwhile, excessive ozone is quickly and automatically decomposed by a high temperature under the inherent high-temperature condition of the tail gas discharge pipeline of the enamelling machine, thereby avoiding possible secondary pollution. The scheme is beneficial to the fine purification of the tail gas of the enamelling machine.
