The invention discloses a holoaxial-penetration type flaw detection method for a roller shaft of a belt type conveyor, comprising the steps: determining sensitivity by using a low wave reflection method; carrying out holoaxial-penetration scanning respectively on two shaft end faces of the roller shaft, and during scanning, radially moving an ultrasonic probe at a preset speed along the shaft endface of the roller shaft in a circumferential direction; and judging whether the roller shaft has a flaw according to signals obtained by the ultrasonic probe. Compared with the prior art, the holoaxial-penetration type flaw detection method disclosed by the invention can be used for rapidly completing the ultrasonic flaw detection for the entire roller shaft of the belt conveyor. Once a flaw is found on the roller shaft of the conveyor, the roller shaft can be maintained and processed timely.
