The RJ11 joint and the television wire joint are fixed at two ends of the twisted pair; the RJ11 joint is connected with an asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) modem; and the television wire joint is connected with a tee joint. When the user link is in use, one end of the tee joint is inserted into a community antenna television (CATV) socket, one end of the tee joint is connected with the television wire joint and one end of the tee joint is connected with a television by a coaxial cable.
