Abstract

The process comprises the following steps of: a, adding American waste paper and European waste paper which serve as waste paper into a pulper according to a proportion of (1: 2)-(1: 4), and pulping into paper pulp; b, removing foreign substances from the paper pulp through a pressure sieve and a slag remover; c, inputting the paper pulp into a millstone and pulping so as to make pulp; d, adding an auxiliary material which comprises a reinforcer, a sizing agent and aluminum sulfate; e, pumping the pulp to a net part, forming and dehydrating the pulp until the dryness of the pulp is 15 to 25 percent; f, conveying the formed pulp to a squeezing part which is used for squeezing and dehydrating the pulp until the dryness of the pulp is 40 to 50 percent; and g, conveying the pulp to a drying part which is used for drying the pulp until the dryness of the pulp is 90 to 95 percent so as to prepare the finished corrugated paper. In the process, the proportion of the waste paper is optimized, the foreign substances in the pulped waste paper are removed, the optimized auxiliary material is added into the pulped waste paper, and the processed waste paper is formed and dehydrated by using a net as well as dried by steam, so the low-basis-weight and high-intensity corrugated paper can be obtained.
