Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation process of a pearl finishing powder, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparation of pearl powder: pearls are dried and then roughly crushed, the pearl powder is subjected to 100-mesh sieving and then airflow crushing to reach the average particle size of 10 microns, and the powder is dry-heated and sterilized; (2) mixing of materials: the pearl powder, mica and methyl emthacrylate are mixed, then subjected to 100-mesh sieving and finally uniformly mixed through airflow; and (3) filling: the prepared product is filled and packaged, wherein the materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 50-80% of pearl powder, 10-30% of mica and 10-20% of methyl emthacrylate.
