Abstract

The method can be adopted to determine eight kinds of common odorous substances such as dimethyl sulfide (DMS), dimethyl trisulfide (DMTS), 2-isopropyl-3-methoxy pyrazine (IPMP), 2-isobutyl-3-methoxy pyrazine (IBMP), 2-methyl isobornyl (MIB), beta-cyclocitral, geosmin (GSM) and beta-ionone in water simultaneously. Any report on the method for determining the eight kinds of substances in one step is not present yet.
