A
pretreatment method for detecting
geosmin substances in aquatic products comprises the following steps: taking edible tissues of a
water product,
cutting the edible tissues into pieces, putting the pieces into a
centrifuge tube with a plug, then adding
papain and double
distilled water, carrying out vortex treatment, uniformly mixing, and standing in a water bath; then adding n-
hexane, whirling, uniformly mixing, placing in an ultrasonic bath, centrifuging, taking the supernatant, repeating the steps in sequence, merging the two supernatants, and transferring into a new
centrifuge tube with a plug; adding a purification extraction bag into the centrifugal tube with the plug; carrying out vortex and
centrifugation on the centrifugal tube, taking supernate, transferring the supernate to a new centrifugal tube, and sealing a cover for later use; using a
solid-phase extraction column, using normal
hexane for leaching, usingethyl acetate for
elution, and after eluent passes through an organic
phase filter membrane, performing GC-MS automatic sample injection and detection. According to the method, the pretreatment time and the use cost of
consumables are greatly saved, the detection
recovery rate of the
geosmin substances in the aquatic products can be increased to about 80%, the treatment method is simple and can be operated in batches, and the applicability of the method is also enhanced in the aspect of
quality control.
