The method has the advantages that the dimethyl sulfide is dissolved in solvents, the chance of forming explosive mixtures by dimethyl sulfide steam and oxygen can be prevented in the presence of the solvents, and uniform mixed solution can be formed; the mixed solution is filled with high-concentration ozoneunder the condition of the presence of catalysts; the ozone is used as an oxidizing agent, and bubble reaction is carried out in a vertical-pipe reactor with a large length-diameter ratio; oxidized dimethyl sulfide is converted into the dimethyl sulfoxide in the procedure, the pressures and the temperatures of reaction systems are controlled, the stage for oxidizing the dimethyl sulfide to obtainsulfoxide can be controlled by added selective catalysts, the reaction conversion rate is 95-98%, and the yield can reach 90-96%; efficient, complete, environment-friendly and high-selectivity technologies can be created for preparing the sulfoxide from the dimethyl sulfide by means of oxidization by the method.

Sludge drying waste gas purification device and method for sewage treatment plant

The invention discloses a sludge drying waste gas purification device for a sewage treatment plant. The device comprises a plurality of connecting pipes, a cyclone dust collector and integrated equipment. The cyclone dust collector is communicated with the integrated equipment through the connecting pipe. A primary spraying structure, a secondary spraying structure and a composite photocatalysis structure are arranged in the integrated equipment. Waste gas enters the cyclone dust collector from the connecting pipe to remove dust, then enters the integrated equipment and is sequentially washedby the primary spraying structure and the secondary spraying structure; and the washed waste gas is dehydrated and enters the composite photocatalysis structure to achieve organic matter decomposition. The purification effect on waste gas with large air volume, low concentration, high temperature and high protein dust content is good, and after treatment, the concentration monitoring indexes of dust, H2S, NH3, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl disulfide and foul smell at an exhaust port are far lower than the environment-friendly emission standard. The invention also relates to a sludge drying waste gas purification method for a sewage treatment plant.
