The invention discloses an optical
adhesive for an explosion-proof membrane. The
adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of
acrylate adhesive, 10 to 20 parts of
rosin modified organic
silicon resin, 3 to 5 parts of isocyano ethyl
methacrylate, 3 to 6 parts of 2-[3-(2H-
benzotriazole-2-yl)-4-hydroxyphenyl] ethyl 2-
methacrylate, 7-fluoro-5-oxo-8-(4-(2-allyl)-1-piperazinyl)-5H-thiazolo [3, 2-b]
pyrimidine-2-
ketone, 3 to 6 parts of 2-(2-fluorophenyl)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-1, 2, 3-
triazole-2-yl)-4-(2-fluorophenyl)-1, 2, 3-
triazole-2-yl)-1, 2, 3-
triazole-2-yl) The invention relates to a photocurable
coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 3 parts of 2, 2-a]
quinoline-4-
carboxylic acid, 0.3 to 0.5 part of
diallyl sulfide, 10 to 15 parts of
solvent, 0.6 to 0.8 part of
photoinitiator, 0.1 to 0.3 part of allyl trimethoxy
silane and 0.1 to 0.3 part of organic
bismuth catalyst. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the optical adhesive for the explosion-proof membrane. The optical adhesive for the explosion-proof membrane, disclosed by the invention, is good in adhesive property,
aging resistance, yellowing resistance, performance stability and
mechanical property and long in service life.
