The invention provides the application of diallyl monosulfide in preventing / or treating peripheral nerve injury caused by n-hexane, belonging to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations. Theinvention adopts diallyl sulfide to interfere with peripheral neuropathy induced by rats exposed to n-hexane, and evaluates the intervention effect. The results showed that diallyl sulfide had a goodeffect on peripheral neuropathy induced by n-hexane poisoning in rats. Moreover, the FDA proposed in 2005 that diallyl sulfide can be used as a food additive, so it is very suitable for the long-termuse of n-hexane occupational exposure population.
