Problems solved by technology

[0004] Therefore, in the case of this existing product, since the worms accumulate at the other end of the casing, there is a problem that the remaining worms that have not been stabbed by the needle escape from the casing after the suction machine stops.
And, this existing product is a structure that utilizes the negative pressure generated at this time to suck the worms
[0009] However, the inlet of the container of this existing product is always open
[0010] Therefore, according to this conventional product, there is a case where the worm escapes from the container, and the worm cannot be reliably stored in the container.
[0011] In addition, this existing product needs to push and set the piston by hand every time the worm is sucked, so the suction operation is cumbersome

Embodiment Construction

[0041] Next, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0042] like figure 1 etc., the present invention is formed by a cylindrical portion 3 formed at the suction port 1 at the front end and at the exhaust port 2 at the rear end and a handle 4 supporting the cylindrical portion 3 .

[0043] In addition, in the present invention, the cylindrical part 3 is provided with a suction machine 6 that sucks outside air through the suction port 1 when the handle 4 is held and the switch 5 is turned on. In addition, in the present invention, a storage part 7 is detachably provided at the front part of the introduction passage 8 communicating with the inside of the cylindrical part 3, and the storage part 7 stores the air sucked by the suction machine 6 through the suction port 1. insect.

[0044] The above-mentioned handle 4 is formed in a cylindrical shape in this embodiment. In addition, the inside of the handle 4 is formed t...

Abstract

A handheld insect suction trap comprising a tube 3 having a suction port 1 at one end and an outlet 2 at the other. A handle 4 is provided for supporting the tube. The tube has a suction machine 6 for sucking surrounding air through the suction port. Storage means 7 for insects sucked at the suction port are removably arranged at one end of a feeding passage 8 communicated with the tube. A filter-like lid 14 is provided for closing the inlet of the feeding passage. A switch, preferably electromagnetic, is provided to operate the suction mechanism and the lid. When the switch is turned on the lid moves to open the inlet of the feeding passage and closes the air flow passage within the tube to prevent insects flowing to the outlet. The suction port can be provided with bristles 1a which canhave different configurations (figs 8-14). In particular the bristles may be shaped to remove insects from the stalks of plants.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to hand-held pest repellers formed into a size and weight that can be held in one hand. Background technique [0002] As a conventional pest repellent of this type, there is, for example, a product described in US Patent No. 4449319 . [0003] This existing product is, and suction machine is set in the cylindrical housing, and the needle that utilizes wind pressure to kill insect is set at the housing other end as air outlet. [0004] Therefore, in the case of this conventional product, since the worms accumulate at the other end of the casing, there is a problem that the remaining worms that have not been pierced by the needle escape from the casing after the suction machine stops. [0005] In addition, in this existing product, the other end of the housing needs to be removed when the sucked insects are discarded. Therefore, according to this conventional product, there is a problem that the worms tend to escape when t...
