Abstract

The invention provides a method for processing medical data in a remote medical system based on an Android platform. The data downloading, data processing and data storage are realized in the remote medical system composed of a HIS (Hospital Information System) server and an Android terminal. The method comprises the steps of: transferring medical data by using an XML (Extensible Markup Language)document format, wherein each line is stored by using a block of fixed memory, and when the data in the block of memory is refreshed each time, the data is pieced up to another block of memory with abuffer zone so as to avoid the generating of a plurality of entity objects to occupy the space of the memory; and analyzing the XML data by using an SAX (Simple API for XML) technology line by line, reading out an object and storing the object into a heap memory, generating a queue from the quote of the object, simultaneously generating a new thread and reading the objects in a stack according tothe sequence of the queue, storing the read objects into an SQLite database and destroying the entity objects in the heap memory to achieve the purpose of reducing memory footprint. Meanwhile, the program processing time is saved by the double thread operation, and the storage space is reduced by using the SQLite lightweight database.
