A flat-panel display device (20) comprising a backlight system (21) and a display panel (22). The back frame (23) carries the light source (25) and the light-balancing mechanism (24). The light-balancing mechanism (24) guides a light from the light source (25) into the display panel (22). The back frame (23) comprises at least two main fitting elements. The at least two main fitting elements are connected by being fitted either directly or indirectly. Either directly fitted or indirectly fitted, the two main fitting elements have therebetween a predetermined degree of rotational symmetry to each other. Also disclosed are a stereo display device (30) and a plasma display device (40). By arranging the two main fitting elements that have therebetween the predetermined degree of rotational symmetry to each other, the flat-panel display device (20) allows the different main fitting elements to share a same mold, thus reducing mold-making costs, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
