The rotation speed of the wind wheel is maximized by using a stepless speed change principle of the direct-current motor so that an air pressure value is 1.2 times greater than a normal air pressure value. Therefore, strong negative-pressure airflow which is formed outside the flue impacts greasy dirt on the peripheral wall in the flue, and the greasy dirt is forced to be discharged from the greasy dirt opening of the flue.
