The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps of: (1) performing ultrafine pulverizing on various components in a formula respectively, and sieving with a 700-mesh sieve; (2) weighing 15-30 parts by weight of oriental waterplantain rhizome, 15-35 parts by weight of plantain seed, 15-45 parts by weight of virgate wormwood herb and 10-45 parts by weight of poria peel, and mixing for 5-10 minutes to uniform state; (3) weighing 15-35 parts by weight of common lophatherum herb, 15-35 parts by weight of large-head atractylodes rhizome, 15-45 parts by weight of slenderstyle acanthopanax bark, 15-35 parts by weight of longhairy antenoron herb and 15-35 parts by weight of common rush, and mixing for 5-10 minutes to uniform state; and (4) combining the compositions obtained in the steps (2) and (3), and continually mixing for 10-15 minutes to uniform state.
