Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient environment-friendly neutral soaping agent for a reactive dye and a preparation method for the efficient environment-friendly neutral soaping agent. The efficient environment-friendly neutral soaping agent is prepared by terpolymer, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, triethanolamine, 2,3-bis-laurate group sodium tartrate, an organic silicon defoamer and water, wherein the terpolymer is prepared by maleic anhydride, crylic acid, acrylamide, ammonium persulfate and distilled water. By the soaping agent and the preparation method, a reactive dyeing object is prevented from being subjected to a dye-fiber covalent bond breaking reaction under an alkaline high-temperature soap boiling condition; a hydrolysis dye is migrated from the dyeing object to a bath in an accelerated manner, cleaning efficiency is improved, and the optimal firmness is realized; the rigidity of a soap bath is corrected, so that the dyeing object can be well cleaned in low-rigidity water; the hydrolysis dye which is washed out is prevented from being dyed again; time and water are saved, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved; and a jet dyeing machine cannot generate more foams.
