Abstract

The invention provides an apparatus having a flicker pattern and a method for operating the same. The apparatus comprises a switching device and a time schedule controller. More particularly, the switching device is used for generating an enabling signal; and the time schedule controller is coupled with the switching device and outputs a flicker pattern to a panel according to the enabling signal.
