Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) measuring the sizes of an inner diameter and an outer diameter of the bearing sealing ring; (2) cutting a small section of measurement sample down along the radial direction of the sealing ring; (3) fixing the measurement sample, and detecting the size of the measurement sample under an image measurer; and (4) combining the sizes of the inner diameter, the outer diameter and the measurement sample of the bearing sealing ring, and thus obtaining the size of the sealing ring. According to the method, the sizes of the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the bearing sealing ring are measured at first; then the measurement sample is cut along the radial direction of the sealing ring; the sizes of a lip structure and the like with complicated shapes are measured by the image measurer; and finally, the sizes are combined to obtain the whole size of the sealing ring.
